Solution problem : not registered on the networks
If you can not make a call on your device, even if the network signal is good, check the setting for "Network Operators".
If you manually set the camera to the network operator evil, your device will not be saved to your normal network service.
To correct this problem, please select "Auto Select" in the Settings area of "Available Networks" as shown below:
